Our customer care commitment does not end with the installation of the product. We offer a full range of service contracts and extended warranties. These are designed to give the correct level of maintenance along with the peace of mind needed with products such as these.
Our products are manufactured to a very high standard, meeting the requirements stipulated by both European and British Standards. However as with all electro-mechanical equipment, our products do require regular maintenance to ensure that they are kept in good working order. Some parts will need replacement due to normal wear and tear and, although we do our best to prevent it happening, unexpected breakdowns may occur.
Safety is our number one priority. Fully trained engineers (up to NVQ Level) install all our products and provide complete instructions on how to use your lift.
To ensure you are happy with your purchase we provide an out of hours call out service, we endeavour to respond within 24 hours. We also offer parts and labour warranty with the option of an affordable extended servicing and maintenance contract.
