In the past Liftability has had multiple phone numbers to help you get hold of the person you want to speak to.

However, now we have made this much easier.

What’s changed?

From now on, you only have to call our main office number 02380 458444.

You will be presented with different options depending on the time of day you call.

Within office hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

• Breakdowns. Press this option if you are having trouble with your lift/hoist/door entry system/door opener etc
• Surveys. If you wish to book an appointment for one of our surveyors to visit and provide a quotation for a new product
• Installation Enquiries. This will be the place to speak to if you have any queries about your upcoming installation.
• Accounts. Our accounts department will be able to help you with invoice queries.
• All Other Enquiries. This is for anything else that doesn’t fit into any of the above options.

Outside of office hours

If you call outside of office hours, you will be given the option to leave a message if your query or message is not urgent. We will get back to you the next working day.

If you need to speak to someone urgently, you can press a button to speak to the Southern engineer or an engineer in the Midlands. These are the engineers that will attend out of hours if required.

What about the out of hours mobile number?

If you have a sticker on your lift giving an out of hours emergency mobile number, please disregard this. This mobile number is no longer in use.

From now on you will need to call 02380 458444.

Our engineers will replace your sticker on their next visit to you. Until then, please make a note of the number above so you can contact us when you need us.
