Liftability have been a Platinum Approved Dealer for many years, and because of this we like to keep up to date on all product updates to ensure our engineers can work quickly and efficiently on new installations and maintaining existing lifts.

On Wednesday 5th April a few of our Liftability engineers took part in a refresher course and product update training, held at our Southampton showroom.

In the training, Colin Wotherspoon from Platinum Stairlifts showed the engineers how to speed up installations and how to further adapt the product to fit the clients needs, and refreshed their knowledge of the product so they are able to fault find more efficiently.
