At Liftability, your satisfaction is our aspiration, so our customer care commitment does not end with the installation of your product. We also offer a full range of bespoke service contracts and extended warranties, designed to give you the correct level of maintenance, along with the reassurance and comfort that our fully trained engineers are always just a phone call away!

Why should I buy a service contract?

Our products are all manufactured to a very high standard, meeting (exceeding) the requirements stipulated by both European and British Standards, however we do recommend regular maintenance to ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest of standards to maintain reliability.

If you do experience a problem, then your service contract allows you to contact the office, where our experienced and friendly team will run through a variety of checks to see if we can get your equipment working over the phone, minimising any disruption to your daily life. Alternatively we will book a priority ‘call out’ for you, arranging a visit (where feasible) within 24hours. In addition to this we also offer an out of hours call out service giving you the peace of mind of our commitment to you!

We employee fully trained engineers (up to NVQ level) to install and maintain all our products, and will always provide you with complete instructions on how to use your equipment, answer any questions you may have whilst offering good housekeeping tips on its care and use.
