Our 600 stair lift showed code 9, suggesting a ‘service engineer required’

The lady who answered was very helpful and courteous, quickly and kindly she offered to arrange for an engineer to call this afternoon

Rob J came and quickly diagnosed  the fault and made the necessary repair. He was very friendly, professional and courteous

We rely so much on our 600, it enables us to continue to live in a two story house.

Please thank your staff for this superb service,we appreciate the friendly and efficient way they helped ‘two old Fossils on the Jurassic Coast’ !!!

I have spoken to (client) and she is delighted with the stair lift and the service received from Liftability. She was very complementary of Mark from his first visit and how thorough he was, right through to the installer. She has stated it has given her the confidence to leave her upstairs flat and venture outside, she had become isolated in her property too fearful to leave in case she couldn’t get up the stairs when she returned. This stair lift has made a massive difference to her and she is very grateful.
