I just wanted to thank you once again for coming out so promptly to visit [client] just under two weeks ago, and for being so friendly and understanding during your visit. Thanks to you, the stairlift was installed last Wednesday and [she] is delighted with it.  It is a huge relief to her to be able to sleep in her own bed and to use the bathroom again. Thanks to you and to all at Liftability for the excellent service you provide.
